Effective
What we collect. Your name, role, firm name, firm size, work email, and any note you choose to write. We also record the website you came from, an approximate country, and a one-way scrambled version of your IP address, used only to block abuse. We never store your IP address itself.
Why. To consider your early-access request and email you about Taxformity. We don’t sell or share your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who handles it. Our data is stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you’re human when you submit the form. We use no analytics or advertising tools.
Client information. Please don’t enter client or taxpayer information. If you do, we’ll delete it.
How long we keep it. Signups for 24 months, notes for 12 months, and the scrambled IP data for 30 days, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices. To see, correct, or delete your information, or to stop hearing from us, email privacy@taxformity.com. Every email we send will have an unsubscribe link.
Do Not Track. We don’t track you across sites, so we don’t respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals.
Changes. If we change this notice, we’ll update the date above. If a change is significant, we’ll email signups before it takes effect.
